We don't know what's happening past this upcoming week. From the 18th to the 24th, we have one more week after this one to fill with product before "MiB3" comes out on 5/25. I'm hoping this dual-theater deal continues for a second week. If we run just "Dark Shadows" from 5/18-5/24 we might as well drop the gate at the Imax and not run shows.
I think Warner Brothers knew they had a dog in "Dark Shadows" and figured they might as well throw a bone to Disney (parent company for "Avengers"). They probably will have Disney return the favor when Warner releases "The Dark Knight Rises", which Warner will want to dominate IMAX venues for a good 4 to 6 weeks.

Whats funny is, a few months ago i thought Dark Shadaws would be huge and MIB3 would bomb. Now i think the opposite is going to happen.
The MIB3 trailer people seem to like. Me personally, i think it looks and feels old and stale. Love Will Smith, but his career choices are always safe. I wish he would push himself more often.
