Aliens would Have to come through Wormholes- since nothing can move faster than the speed of light-it would be nearly impossible for them to travel from distance universes.
Radio signals from the 50's are Just now reaching the outer 20% of the Milky Way-It will be another 75 to 100 years before they expand past that into dark matter and onto other universes.
