I checked around on the big Big 12/SEC bowls. Obviously the BCS bowls are all under contract only through the end of the 2013 season and the January 2014 Bowls. The Cotton bowl similarly is only through 2013. Same with the Capital One bowl. I'm guessing most, if not all, the other bowls have a contract only through the 2013 season, so nothing's in stone. If they wanted to, the SEC/Big 12 could share more bowl tie-ins than they do now when the new BCS regime begins.
