Tip #1 would be stop drinking beer. Tip #2 would be try to keep up with the kiddo who is an athelete/hard body. I'm doing my best. She got about a step ahead of me on todays walk but thats ok. 15 and atheletic trumps 43 and out of shape. She's a good trainer.... but I might hit you up. Good to know what you do for a living.
Correction, what I did for a living. Got a bachelor's in Health and Human Performance and worked as a trainer and gym manager for a few years. Got tired of the small paycheck and financial stress so I went to grad school. Start as a speech pathologist this coming week.
But I keep up on my Personal Training certification for shits and giggles.
Seriously though, head all fitness questions my way. I still lift heavy and love it. I would be happy to share my knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen even though I am not doing it to make money now.
