And I try my best to make sure the people who work for me do, to. i feel very lucky to be doing what I am doing, I don't take it for granted. There was a time I was very pissed about the job I was doing, and it was the worst time in my career, mostly because I was acting like a dick, not taking control of my situation and acting like I deserved better without working for it.
I work harder than ever now but I am happier than ever.
