Of these suggestions, the one with the best merit is pitching changes. Coming in to face one hitter is slowing down the game to a standstill. Tony LaRussa was most guilty of that practice. One compromise would be to say if a pitcher is replaced after pitching to less than 3 batters in the same inning, his replacement does not get warm up pitches from the mound and needs to be in position to pitch within 1 minute.
Being more a traditionalist, I say do away with the DH. The knee jerk reaction in all sports is to add offense to the game.
