OK, let's dig into some stats.

Caleb Hanie was not good. He was 14 for 27 for 119 yards with 1 TD and 4 INT.

And yet his team LED in the fourth quarter. With the score tied at 10, this happened:

Quote:
3rd Q 2:26 1st and 10 Denver 49

Tom Brady passes 12 yards intercepted by Antonio Cromartie and returned 19 yards.

Denver 10, Dallas 10
Caleb Hanie drives Dallas down on an epic 5 play, 11-yard drive and the Tubes take the lead.

Brady eventually ties it up with a FG.

Hanie strikes again in the 4th with a crucial INT, setting me up for a potential GW FG.

But then on the last drive of the game, this happened, which doesn't seem right. Why no GW FG?

Quote:
Denver

4th Q 1:18 1st and 10 Dallas 19 Ricky Williams rushes for 2 yards. time out Dallas
4th Q 1:10 2nd and 8 Dallas 17 Ahmad Bradshaw rushes for 1 yards. time out Dallas
4th Q 1:02 3rd and 6 Dallas 15 Reggie Bush rushes for 1 yards.
4th Q 0:12 4th and 5 Dallas 14 Reggie Bush rushes for 10 yards.

Denver 13, Dallas 13
