Watch out with some of those cleansing diets...too low sodium and/or sugar levels can put you in the hospital.
That said...
Fasting. 24-hour water fast, which they recommend twice a month. That's going to clean you out and get you to crave some real nutrients. Some even go the extra mile to fast in 16-hour periods, work out, and then eat all three meals at once...every day.
