I decided to go w/ the patch because it helped me before, (but only for a short time). Plus, the dreams are going to kick ass! 
I have a stress ball, a container of Ice Breakers mints, and plenty of gum at my disposal. I also have a full, unopened pack of smokes in my car, but they're only there to relieve panic attacks. Knowing that I do have a pack available helps calm me down, but I also know that it will remain sealed up. |
