^ Interview with Bill Polian when asked what can we expect from Peyton Manning this year.
"I watched him throw with Tom Moore back in March, and I agreed when he said 'Peyton could play a game now', and he has only gotten better. His arm strength is back and he feels really good about his neck and the flexibility. If he had to play in a game tomorrow he would look EXACTLY, exactly, exactly like he did in his last game in Indianapolis."
He also mentioned that the only concern he would have with Manning would be how his arm will feel in week 8 or 9, not because of the injury, but because of his age. He said Denver will have to put him on a pitch count so that his arm will be fresher, and that a major reason why he went to Denver was because Elway knows what it's like playing at that age and knows how to deal with it.
