i think you may have a conflict of spotlight though, if Baldwin can command of wanting to be here and be the man, and the fans polarize to that. Bowe is going to feel threatened really quick, ego wise. And that might spark him to sign his tender and show up or demand a trade on his own.
It will be interesting come gameday if the first read is now Baldwin and not Bowe, how Bowe will react. Because Bowe has always been option 1/first look for the crappy QBs. Can another big WR take that away?
