But that mindset is absurd. All that does is make the team desperately dependent on Baldwin's impact and health.

There's no reason this team can't have several good WRs at the same time. There's no reason this team, or any team in today's league, shouldn't have as many dependable WR options as possible.

"It's OK to let Bowe walk, because we think we have somebody that could be just as good."

That isn't a strategy. That's just risky as hell and poor planning.
