We got in contact with a Holistic Health Care Practitioner and she suggested to cut out the gluten, diary, and sugar in her diet. We don't know if she is actually allergic to gluten, but at least she was able to give us a possible reason instead of just saying she didn't know and then try to dope my kid up.

Her problem could be that she is eating books. Might be worth looking into.
