Don't even need to tax the crap out of it really. It's a plant.....you grow it.
It'd be like if the govt taxed you for growing tomatoes in your garden.
But, the bankers and CIA that launder billions and billions of dollars of drug money won't allow it to be (federally) decriminalized because they need to keep the prices high in the black market so they can make the most profit.
