I have a bad feeling that the person that selects the team uses some dumbass criteria like "ability to dance". It's probably some worn out old wanna-be cougar that never got over the fact that her cheerleader glory days ended when she got her high school diploma.
Look, bitch. You don't hire waitresses at hooters for their waitressing ability, and you don't hire NFL cheerleaders for their dance pedigree. Particularly if its in one of the armpit cities of the league.
