Congrats man. Thats kind of what my situation is; his mom is a Ravens fan, I'm a Chiefs fan. I feel I won't be passionate enough to get him interested in anything but the Chiefs, his mom is a casual fan since her family is a bunch of Ravens fans. I would teach him football better making him a Chiefs fan, but that would make him a Chiefs fan. Tough call.
