You are the worst of the "reads too much into the stat line" bunch.
Cassel went 5/6 with a TD. Still, the majority of his passes, all but one or two, were under 10 yd safe passes AND he had actual NFL talent to work with. Color me unimpressed.
Quinn was basically the mirror image of that, except two balls I believe. The one to the endzone should have been an INT if you ask me, and the one to Maneri was a good ball. He had one ball dropped also. Overall more of the same.
Stanzi attempted MAYBE two pass shorter than 10yds. His pass in the endzone should have been 6, the ball to the sideline should have been caught. The first deep ball was only off a little bit and can be attributed to timing issues with all the different QB's he has to play with as much as anything.
The thing nobody talks about is that Cassel is the only guy who gets to play with the same receivers day in and day out. Hell, they don't even let the 2nd string QB throw to the 1st stringers occasionally. It's seldom you hear that Boss, Moeaki, Breaston or Baldwin was on the field with Quinn or Stanzi. In fact, I think the only guy I've heard mentioned being on the field the same time as either guy in camp is Dex.
