It was difficult to get into a healthy routine at first and did take a lot of discipline to make it work, but, over time, it's increased my quality of life.
I cut out an hour and a half of commuting per day (plus the related work expenses), and I’ve been able to use that time for exercise or general household maintenance. I also get more "work" done due to the lack of distractions.
It’s been great for me but I guess it’s not for everyone.
