You can't pick it up if the person is still alive can you? And if they die and his teammate picks it up and uses it?
Well anyway. I'm not picking up a flak jacket. That ain't my style of play. Just like in previous BlOps, they didn't force you to choose perks. They aren't going to do it now and I'm going to play by my own style.
