I can probably only squat about 25-35 lbs more than I can bench. True story.
Also, I took a pre-workout shake for the first time last night. Some stuff called 1MR. My skin started tingling; I thought I was going to die. Went to the gym and had a workout on top of my workout. I'll probably never use it again though. I didn't like the feeling it gave me.
