Lunch-left over chipolte chicken lettuce wraps with avacado. Plus a kiwi.

Dinner-heritage pork sage sausage with 3 scrambled eggs and 4 pumpkin pancakes (canned pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, splash of real maple syrup, and vanilla).

And I swam a half mile after work at a leisurely pace.

I'm less likely to want to snack after an easy workout. The high intensity days seem to lead to more evening trips to the pantry.
