I'm less likely to want to snack after an easy workout. The high intensity days seem to lead to more evening trips to the pantry.
After my workouts all I can do is lay on the couch and whine like a little bitch, lol. I end up less hungry because I need so much liquid. Which I guess just shows how everyone is just a bit different.
