My biggest vote was for Ronald Reagan. Jimmy Carter had to go. Who knows where we would have been if Carter had been re-elected.
If those nominees are truly strict constructionists, unlike John Roberts, those social issues would be sent back to the states. Even congress can remove certain types of cases from even being heard by SC. They just don't have the balls to do it.
