Haley's problem in KC is that he couldn't trust his OC's with the offense. They weren't on the same page and you see the results. Combine that with an average at best QB with 2 of the 3 best offensive weapons w/ season ending injuries and you got some problems on offense. 5 Different times the OC position changed, and that wasn't even 3 full seasons. Gailey-Haley-Weis-Muir-Haley again.
He just wasn't fit to lead a team....he may be a good OC if that's all he needs to focus on, but he was in way over his head for being an NFL HC.
