How many years will that take? It is a process. There is also alot of progress in consumer solar power. No, not enough for 90%, but that is also a process. I am only 2 or 3 years away from putting my house on its own solar power. I had a blackout in my neighborhood last winter for 5 days. I certainly was jealous of the handful of homes on solar systems.

There isn't only one answer and overall continued reduction of demand on base plants to the point of not needing the overflow plants for peak use is the first step.
