honestly try the e-cig. I did it for 2 weeks and just got sick of it all together. To quit you really have to want it. If you feel guilty about smoking that is not going to cut it. Accept the challenge and make it a flawless victory. Here's a little food for thought. I'm 29 and my health will improve to that of a non smoker when I'm 45. I don't want to quit when I'm 40 and be as healthy as a non smoker when I'm 65. I want to beat that timeframe and have my lungs back to original form before I'm 50. I wish I could say I wouldn't have to plan something like this but I chose to smoke for 15 years. Gotta starting taking accountability and man up and fix it.
