What part of the law limits people from assembling in a union?
I do agree with you that unions should be allowed to negotiate with the political party that they fund (and therefore, by extension, control). It is much more important that unions be allowed to earn 2 or even 3 times what the private sector gets for the same job, receive a pension that pays them six figures in perpetuity, etc. Those are all good uses of public money in my book. I don't see how anyone could be against it really.
