Obama wasn't able to fix our government's fiscal trainwreck or get the economy back on track or prevent the world from hating us because he doesn't have enough flexibility. After he gets the pesky election out of the way, he'll finally be free to unleash his awesome wisdom (as unpopular as he must anticipate it will be) on the country in both foreign policy and domestic affairs.
