lots of water and blueberrys. I remember once at a ihop and was all clogged up from pain meds when my back went out. Had bad nerve pain running down my legs. Bad shit. Anyways, I don't think I had taken a solid dump in a good month. Usually just ice cube sized turds that feel like a gotdamn submarine is coming out of my ass. So there I was finishing up a plate of blueberry pancakes and the second I put down my fork I felt like every organ in my body was detaching from itself and ready to shoot out my ass. Ran to the bathroom and braced myself in the stall. I topped that water and then some. Shit was like an outhouse that wasn't maintained in a good 3 weeks. Totally felt better and not shitting you it helped my nerve pain for some reason. Musta been all that mud pressing hard on my nerves.
