I found "Who's a widdle gunny wunny!!!" on an orange tediore smg called the Brisk Baby Maker. When the gun explodes after reloading, another slighty smaller one comes out and explodes.
Edit: It also makes a newborn crying sound, and it has potential for a boy(blue trail) and girl(pink trail) gun to come out, and sometimes both!
