True. They are probably pleased that a customer is in there that knows something about anything.
I've never worked in the industry, but everytime I go in there "that customer" are the morons that are trying to buy/operate cell phones that have no business operating a microwave. Picture this continually.
Rep: "This phone does a lot. You can download apps, email, and this particular model has touch to talk."
Customer: "I don't have any email. And what are apps?"
