I hated his shotgun draws, he was in over his head, and too arrogant to really succeed in his position. One thing that I do believe is that (outside of the 2011 opening games) he could fire the players up and get them to play 100% for almost every game. (Something that Romeo is woefully unable to accomplish.)
***** is definitely the problem, but I don't know, I think people are starting to romanticize Odd Todd now that we have the disaster of Romeo.
