IF and Low Carb are the shit right now. 18 hour fast each day with a 6 hour eating window. Down 11.5 lbs in 2 weeks. One week of that was trying to do the whole count calories thing. Seriously though....how many servings of greens or vegetables am I supposed to eat a day? The last two days I've had almost 3 servings a day.....and I'm still in the bathroom 3-4 times a day.

Too much fat can cause bathroom issues at first. Most people eventually adjust but some have to cut back.
