Again, I asked this in another thread, but don't think I got a response. What substantial cuts to spending besides Big Bird has Romney committed himself to? Also, he's big on saying getting rid of loopholes will allow him to lower taxes while lowering the deficit. What deductions/loopholes will he be closing?
PS: Daily show just ran a clip of FDR addressing exactly what Romney/Ryan are doing right now. He said to beware people that say they believe in all the great social programs, but they will do them better, and it won't cost a thing.
He'll be working with both parties in Congress to settle on cuts and loophole closures. He was pretty clear about that in the debate.
I realize that won't be enough for you and that's OK. We don't need the votes of people who make saving big bird a higher priority than getting the economy back on track.
