No, I don't believe he'll be fired mid-season but he is, by far, our biggest problem and not just one minor grievance in a litany of complaints. If we pat ourselves on the back for mentioning him once and move on from *****, then it'll look like throwing him out the door isn't really that high of a priority.
Wait, this also. A good message targeting ***** would have the best mileage, given his ego and acute sensitivity.
