Go with a single page ad, two color (red and black), check into the cost differences between a 1/4 page, a 1/2 page and a full page. Put it in the Dallas papers. If the Dallas paper has on online version, check into placing that add there as well.
Why not? This will hit Clark close to home.
As for the billboard, do that too, but do that in KC.
