How exactly are we to evaluate a WR when he has been thrown to by statistically, the worst QB in the league?
Even at that, he's not thrown to very often, when in fact, he is open.
You can call me a liar, and thats fine. But I've watched with my own eyes, the guy be open, a guy on his hip, or single covered alot.
