I can't believe people consider a grease joint burger as the "best burger in town". If you're 3 times the legal limit at 3AM they're great, but any other time they make you feel like crap and you shit your brains out for the following 3 weeks. Blanc has some great burgers... specifically the bison burger.
That said, I cook my favorite burger in the city. 1/2 lb of 85% lean burger on the grill with swiss cheese on a chiabatta bun. Throw some bacon on that, some pineapple, BBQ sauce and lettuce.
