Houston certainly looks like a better all around linebacker than Hali (at least right now).
I also think whether or not they're
better misses the point.
The real question should be has Pioli added significant talent to the roster?
A. Yes. Pioli's draft picks are all considerably younger players. It's not unreasonable that veteran players, in their prime, are better than rookies, two-year and three-year guys.
