I've been eating my ass off and sleeping 4-5 hrs/night, and training 5 sometimes 6 times per week and recovering fine. Weights going up every week so whats complicated about that? Am I tired, hell yeah. Nothing a good pre-workout drink can't fix.
How long have you been training for continuously to this point? Any other PED's besides caffeine?
