This is along the equator, which is also the tropics.
There was nothing special about this hurricane. Other than geography.
I think the only reason it didn't head east was due to the position of the Jet stream.
Of course, I'm no meteorologist, but I am fascinated with the weather.
This is a natural cycle of this planet's weather system.
There is nothing we did to create it, nor can we stop it.
