How fuggin' hard is it to fill out a goddam paper ballot? We do that here in Nebraska and our old folks don't seem to have a problem with it...
The reports are so few in number that I don't even think it rises to the level of a nonpurposeful issue. More likely than not, it's user error (touching the screen with two fingers instead of one, fat fingering the buttons, making a simple mistake, etc.). If it was a serious machine malfunction (purposeful or not), we'd have heard many more complaints by now, IMO.
