Boo hoo, I was a server/bartender in college and for a short time afterwards and even though it burnt me to get a bad tip, I still never felt right blaming a customer for not giving me extra money that they didn't have to give.
Besides, the attitude of most servers these days is that they deserve a high tip all the time, simply for doing their job. Nope, sorry charlie.

Yea but if they put waiters and waitresses on salary, the food would be so high they wouldn't have anyone to wait on and they would all go broke.
I never treat a server as a second class citizen and always say thank you for everything...
