The way I cook my wings is I take naked dry wings and drop them in peanut oil until done then dredge in sauce... Those wings tasted like they were baked in an oven YUCK slimy chicken skin does not taste good to me on wings.
Obviously people like them, the lot was full but they did nothing for me... I did not complain.

my wife always orders her wings plain with whatever flavor sauce on the side and dips the wings in the sauce. they come nice and crispy that way.
