That's actually my thinking on the Big 12 this season. Right now I don't think anyone outside of Kansas State and Oklahoma should be ranked, and I think it's an off year for the Sooners (obviously an 'off' year for them is one where they're ranked in the top-20 instead of the top-5 to 10). I think it's questionable that Texas is ranked, although maybe they've finally figured out their defense. At the end of the day, though, I would be surprised if they're even in the game with Kansas State. And the rest of the conference has at least 3 losses apiece. I just don't see a whole lot there right now. A bunch of mediocre teams with Texas on top, then Oklahoma a tier above, then Kansas State a tier above that.
