Ummmmmm. That much mass doesn't have to impact another planet for it to completely screw up the Solar System. The gravity alone will throw things into chaos.
Saying that, what are the realistic chances of having a rogue planet tear-assing through the galaxy, much less a failed dwarf star(?) with its own planetary system? I'm no astrophysicist, but wouldn't that violate a physics law or five?
