well holy damn. I hate getting ripped off by employees. I am a small biz owner also and once, one of my guys stole my petty cash safe, cabinet and all. Then, he came in and confessed, only gave back half the cash and wanted to work it off. So, I said okay. He worked another couple weeks and disappeared for good still owing most of that stolen $.
