There are plenty of folks out there who believe in fiscal conservatism but find the current social policies of the GOP so offensive that they won't vote for them. And it won't happen either. Really we need a fiscally conservative, socially normal party. I'd be in with that. But no way in hell a republican gets my vote with what they have morphed themselves into, says the lifetime registered republican.
