I disagree. If you want to emulate the Steelers dynasty (Clark's vision not mine), you build from within. The last thing you do is bring in an arrogant piece of shit like ***** and let him gut your organization and fill it with yes men. Now that we've gone down that road, at least part of rebuilding would be to reach out to some of those that were part of the organization before *****.
