I think I do understand man. I worked for a guy just like him for three years and I watch my firends working for him every day across the street.
People thought the supervisors were pussies because they are/were in a position to say something and never have. They simply take their paycheck and cash it. They were once our friends and now people loathe them. They were good people and completely sold out. Why did they take the position?
I respect your opinion but, I see it differently. maybe you are right and I am wrong? All I know is that the supervisors at my work don't speak out because it's a bad economy. These guys are getting paid millions. Also, these guys were chosen to be leaders (captains) by their co-workers. They can't just "check out."

Either they know their done if they try to do anything or they are stupid babys. I highly doubt all 52 people are the latter
